Arts and Eats – Food Truck Fest

The Magic Valley Arts Council invites you to apply as a Food Vendor for the 2nd annual Arts and Eats – Food Truck Fest on July 23, 2021 from 11 am – 6 pm. The contest ends at 6 pm but food vendors may continue serving until 9 pm. Food vendors MUST remain in place until 8 pm, when the Art & Soul of the Magic Valley Awards Ceremony is over.

Winners will be named in each category with three or more entries. Winners will be selected by Celebrity Judges. Winners will receive a 2021 Arts and Eats – Food Truck Fest window cling and a ribbon.

Arts and Eats – Food Truck Fest is held in conjunction with the 61st Art in the Park, in Twin Falls City Park on Friday, July 23 from 11 am – 7 pm; & Saturday, July 24 from 9 am – 4 pm. The Art & Soul of the Magic Valley Awards Ceremony will take place in City Park at 7 pm Friday, July 23.

On July 23, the Magic Valley Arts Council hosts several events in Twin Falls City Park including Art in the Park from 10 am – 7 pm, Arts and Eats – Food Truck Fest from 11 am – 6 pm, the Wine Down Welcome Reception from 5 – 7 pm and Art & Soul of the Magic Valley Awards Ceremony from 7-8 pm. The fun continues Saturday, July 25 with Kids Art in the Park from 9 am – Noon, Art in the Park from 9 am – 3 pm, and Twin Falls Rotary’s Ice Cream Funday from 11:30 am – 3 pm. We anticipate more than 3,500 people in City Park this weekend.

As a Vendor I agree to pay the Magic Valley Arts Council a $50 application processing fee per day plus 5% of sales. Sales percentage must be paid at the end of each day.

Food Vendors must offer a SMALL FREE sample for judging in each category entered. The Magic Valley Arts Council will provide all the sample cups, along with napkins, utensils, and boats or plates for each vendor for this event. MVAC will also provide trash cans, tables, chairs and access to electricity if needed. The Celebrity Judges will have a voucher for ONE FREE SAMPLE of each category you enter from each vendor.

Vendors must set up Friday, July 23 between 8 – 10:00 am, or earlier if arrangements are made with MVAC. If you are accepted, an arrival time will be scheduled.
