Indie Lens Pop-Up ~ Always in Season

Magic Valley Arts Council and Idaho Humanities Council invite you to attend the Indie Lens Pop-Up free film screening of Always in Season, at 6 pm on Wednesday, February 26 at the Twin Falls Center for the Arts,195 River Vista Place.
Join us for a free slice of pizza. Film run time is approximately 86 minutes.
Following the film will be a moderated discussion led by Justin L. Vipperman, instructor at College of Southern Idaho and Idaho State University, is an American West historian specializing in African American history.

Always in Season, by Jacqueline Olive, showcases descendants of the victims and perpetrators of lynching are working together to heal a violent history. Blending observational footage with first-person testimonies and expert input, the film examines the lingering impact of lynching and the link between this historic form of racial terrorism and the racial violence that exists today.
