Art in the Park Food Truck Fest
Twin Falls City Park

The Magic Valley Arts Council invites you to apply as a Food Vendor for the 2nd annual Art in the Park Food Truck Fest (APFTF) on July 24, 2020 from 11 am – 6 pm. The contest ends at 6 pm but food vendors may continue serving until 9 pm. Food vendors MUST remain in place until 8 pm.
Two Winners will be named in each category with three or more entries. Winners will be selected as People’s Choice and Celebrity Judged. Winners will receive a 2020 Art in the Park Food Truck Fest window cling and a ribbon.

APFTF is held in conjunction with the 61st Art in the Park, in Twin Falls City Park on Friday, July 24 from 11 am – 7 pm; & Saturday, July 25 from 9 am – 4 pm. The Art & Soul of the Magic Valley Awards Ceremony will take place in City Park at 7 pm Friday, July 24.
On July 24, the Magic Valley Arts Council hosts several events in Twin Falls City Park including Art in the Park from 10 am – 7 pm, Art in the Park Food Truck Fest from 11 am – 6 pm, the Wine Down Welcome Reception from 5 – 7 pm and Art & Soul of the Magic Valley Awards Ceremony from 7-8 pm. The fun continues Saturday, July 25 with Kids Art in the Park from 9 am – Noon, Art in the Park from 9 am – 3 pm, and Twin Falls Rotary’s Ice Cream Funday from 11:30 am – 3 pm. We anticipate more than 3,500 people in City Park this weekend.

*** Application processing fee is $50. Application deadline is May 3, 2020. Vendors will be notified by May 8, 2020.***
As a Vendor I agree to pay the Magic Valley Arts Council an application processing fee plus 10% of gross sales from the event. Payment to MVAC is due before leaving the event.

Food Vendors must offer a 2-4 oz FREE sample for judging in each category entered. The
Magic Valley Arts Council will provide all the sample cups, along with napkins, utensils,
and boats or plates for each vendor for this event. MVAC will also provide trash cans,
tables, chairs and access to electricity if needed. The public will have a voucher for ONE
FREE SAMPLE from each vendor.
Please provide full-sized menu items for sale.
Vendors must set up Friday, July 24 between 8 – 10:00 am. If you are accepted, an
arrival time will be scheduled.
